This is the time of the year when we all get a bit nostalgic reflecting on what’s past, while at the same time fixing our eyes on the future, wondering about what’s yet to come. Analysing digital marketing trends for 2015, at Sweetspot we have come to the conclusion that you don’t have to reinvent the wheel in order to boost your organisational performance. This is why we consider that the main business concern has always been (and will be even more so in 2015) the following:
Why so crucial in 2015? The answer is twofold: social and mobile, two big trends unarguably dominating and disrupting both our personal and professional lives. If people are reportedly becoming more and more connected, they expect their interaction with businesses to evolve along the same lines.
The main consequence of this “overconnectedness” is what proves the immortal character of the statement above. A logical chain can be easily traced: by becoming more social and mobile people get increased access to information, as well as the possibility to comment on and engage with it, so it is only a matter of time before they also desire gaining control over it. This proves that the times of passive consumption are long past and we are now living in the era of the empowered consumer.
This desire to be in charge of information is what turns performance dashboards into a must for every business organisation. We have extensively talked about the main reasons that prevent companies from incorporating this tool, as well as debunked the myths surrounding those reasons. CXOs and other stakeholders are now becoming acutely aware of the importance of performance dashboards to stay in control of their digital assets, thus adapting to and making the most of the rise of the mobile and social.
So, let’s stress two crucial take-aways:
During this past year, Sweetspot has undertaken the mission of addressing this question. We have carefully listened to our customers’ needs and developed our new features based precisely on the two premises mentioned above: putting the customer on the frontline and endowing them with the solicited control.
Scalability, personalisation and flexibility are top priorities at Sweetspot, and we want to swing into the New Year ensuring these are reflected in our performance dashboards.
Not Another Dashboard.

Most probably a performance level is completely depending on our dedication and determination level; therefore in different business organization we used to take high amount of risk for better performance. Better performance decide better business growth so we need proper planning to develop our business performance along with our customer’s interest.
